A penchant for travel, eclectic personalities, and layered cultural backgrounds form the pulse of this vibrant apartment, which combines the floor plans of two adjacent units. The inherent daylight of the integrated spaces is balanced with the apt additions of vivid art, textiles, and patterned installations.
The living area is overruled by the reign of neutrals, with greys and browns setting a timeless canvas for colour to debut with restraint as installations and soft furnishings. A rendezvous with earthy greens unfolds in the open-plan kitchen, with sage hues singing against the ochre floor tiles. Rustic modernism claims the spotlight in the secondary living space, with furniture that gracefully travels shifting periods and styles.
The primary bedroom has a sleek metal canopy bed, with an heirloom shawl masquerading as an installation above. Two bathrooms were merged to form a spacious bath and walk-in wardrobe. Rich teak, crisp whites, deep blues, and an arch-tiled shower wall define the bathroom’s refined palette.
