Classic and contemporary design feel equally at home in this expansive apartment, with a modern-luxe and warm DNA reigning the living experience. Cameos of wood, marble, brick, and metals create impactful vignettes, each permeated with grounded luxury and comfort.
The formal living space comprises blush velvet sofas informing the bijou room’s layout, alongside a marble coffee table and ochre ottomans. A 12-foot custom sofa, olive chairs, and a tufted leather ottoman formulate the informal living area’s blueprint. Lime-washed white brick walls, an array of wood beams, and a black chandelier add textural depth while the balcony ushers in light. Held within the membrane of a glass-metal partition system, the monochrome landscape mural, bar cabinet, and round marble table whip up an intimate milieu in the dining room.
In the resting spaces, colour plays second fiddle to the sovereignty of neutrals, the former featuring as mindful accents. A velvet bed set against a striped wallpaper is complemented by a burgundy daybed and a cane-front console, creating a layered master suite.
