About the Project
This young family’s heritage, hailing from Kerala, imprints its presence across this villa with a minimalist DNA. Summoning a modern-tropical ethos, the home is a microcosm of earthy, raw, and colour-driven accents.
High ceilings, wood rafters, and umpteen sunlight spearhead the living space’s narrative, its views spilling into the manicured patio and garden. Dusty rose, monochrome stripes, and warm neutrals create a grounded ambience, the living’s mise-en-scène enlivened by a quartet of framed log slices. The tropical theme continues in the dining, the wallpaper a play on jungle scenery awash in blush and olive tones. The light-doused kitchen dabbles in grey and white, its length leveraged to create umpteen storage.
In the resting spaces, colour finds a renewed presence — celebrated through patterned wallpapers, wall hues, and soft furnishings that honour the home’s personality.
